Everything in a Bowl…

Maybe it’s to save on dishes… maybe it’s because they just look so pretty!

Everything in a bowl is a go-to in my world so here’s a few idea on how to make them at home yourself. Add as much or as little as you want but try to use different combinations each time you try one. It’s important to get an array of fiber in our diet. You see our microbiome has trillions of bacteria and they don’t all like to eat the same foods so to keep the beneficial bacteria happy so we have a healthy, thriving microbiome we need to feed them what they want… or they’ll exit our system in some cases causing gut dysbiosis! I love the concept of “plant points” from Dr Dr. Will Bulsiewicz who wrote the Fiber Fuled Cookbook. His theory is not to count calories but plant points instead by how many different kinds of fiber we get in our diets instead.
